A Captain with the Preble County Sheriff's office dies from the H1N1 influenza virus. 38-year-old Michael Thornsberry fell ill around October 20th. He was later diagnosed with viral and bacterial pneumonia, as well as H1N1. Captain Thornsberry leaves behind a wife and two daughters. No word yet on funeral arrangements.
